DC to DC converters take an input of 5VDC from two USB ports and convert to 24VDC or 48VDC Passive PoE output. They include an integrated PoE inserter to apply the DC voltage to the CAT5 cable on Pins 4,5 (V+) and Pins 7,8 (V-). They are designed for running 24VDC or 48VDC Passive PoE powered equipment from one or two USB ports. They are perfect for field troubleshooting and site surveys because they can be powered from a laptop or other USB source. Compatible with Ubiquiti, Mikrotik and other manufacturers that accept 24VDC Passive PoE input and ip-phones, cameras and other devices that work with 48VDC PoE. Supports up to 12W power.
